Payment Schedule for Chesapeake Commodores Club Members

Payment in full of $396.00 or 3 payments of $132.00 due April 1st, May 1st, or June 1st. Please make checks payable to Chesapeake Commodores Club. And mail to

 Payment Schedule for Yacht Club members

Payment in Full of $396.00 by May 1, 2008 or 3 payments of $132.00 due May 1, June 1, and July 1. Please make checks payable to Chesapeake Commodores Club, and give them to your clubs contact person who will then send to E/O Darryl Discher.  Yacht Club members, DO NOT SEND payment directly to the E/O. The contact person should send a list of members, mates, home address, telephone #, name of Yacht Club, status in Club (officer, etc.), the contacts name and phone# with the payments.

REMEMBER, $396.00 ONLY ALLOWS 2 PEOPLE TO A ROOM. Under no circumstances should there be more than 2 people to a room unless approved by the E/O.

 Payment of $396.00 does not guarantee you a room.  The members of the Chesapeake Commodores Club who have paid have priority.  Some members of yacht clubs may need to go on a waiting list.  Your club contact person will be notified of those from your club on the list and will be kept up to date as it changes.  Do not show up at the Ball unless you have been given a room number.  You will be turned away.  If any member of your club cancels, that room goes back to the Chesapeake Commodores Club to be given to the next person on the master waiting list.  It does not go to your club.  Smoking is not allowed in the hotel or on the balconies.  I have secured permission for smoking to be allowed out by the Hot Tubs.

Couples must come to registration on Friday to get their packets and have their wrist bands put on.  Wrist bands will be worn at all times.  There will be no exceptions.  Any inappropriate conduct could result in your not being allowed to return for next year's Ball and could impact your clubs returning also.  No selling of raffle tickets or clothing.

If your club would like to do a skit on Friday night, contact Asst. E/O John Cashman.

Hospitality Rooms will be $150.00 for Friday and Saturday night.  Any extra night will be $59.00 plus tax.  Any Club having 12 couples or more are being asked to have a Hospitality Room to be fair to the other clubs having them.
