PAYMENT SCHEDULE FOR YACHT CLUB MEMBERS
Payment in full of $432, or 3 payments of $144.00 due May 1, June 1 & July 1. Make checks payable to “Chesapeake Commodores Club” and give them to your club’s contact person who will forward it to the E/O. Remember: Do NOT send your check directly to the E/O if you are not a CCC member.
Also, the payment of $432.00 does not guarantee you a room. The members of the Chesapeake Commodores Club, who have paid, have priority. Some members of yacht clubs may need to go on a waiting list. Your contact person will be notified of those from your club on the list and will be kept up to date as it changes.
Hospitality Rooms are $150.00 for Friday and Saturday night. Clubs having 12 couples or more are asked to host a hospitality room to be fair to the other clubs which host one.
