Commodore’s Message
It is always a privilege and an honor to be the Commodore of the Chesapeake Commodores Club. For me this is an extra special honor as my family: Anna, Bobby, and Karen are also members, making me the First Commodore of the Chesapeake Commodores Club to have their family as members. This being the 45th Ball is also special as I was born in 1945 and Anna and I celebrated our 45th Wedding Anniversary in September.
WOW....WOW...WHAT A WEEKEND!!!!!!! I could not have asked for a better time! In our many years in the Yacht Club Community we have spent many memorable moments at various clubs. Each club here this weekend holds some special memory for us and many of you have helped to make Thursday evening and the Commodore’s Ball weekend extra special for us. We thank you from the bottom of our hearts. See you at your yacht club this year.
